N*ICE Aircraft Services & Support GmbH was founded in July 1999. Through the implementation of innovative procedures and continuous improvements, the de-icing and anti-icing services at Frankfurt Airport are under constant development. The aim is to minimize the delay after completion of the ground handling.
Particular attention is given to the education of de-icing teams. Highly competent instructors teach the de-icers at FRA and give instructions on de-icing tasks and processes. In addition to the theoretical instructions, the scenarios are also trained under real-life conditions. N*ICE Aircraft Services & Support GmbH is certified, together with Fraport, as ISO 9001:2008, DIN EN ISO 14 001:2009 and BS OHSAS 18 001:2007 compliant.
