To handle our invoices in a more environmentally friendly, time-saving and efficient way, we have updated our electronic billing. Our customers can use our e-billing service free of charge.  

Immediately after issue, you will receive our invoice as original electronically. Our file is unzipped or zipped available, paper will therefore not be printed. The electronic transmission takes place by e-mail only. The document will be provided as PDF file - one invoice/credit note per e-mail.

How you benefit:

• Immediate receipt of the invoice by e-mail (up to 3 e-mail recipients possible)
• Time-saving handling, as invoices can simply be forwarded by e-mail
• Elimination of paper invoices enables space-saving, free archiving
• Environmentally friendly

Please note that for data protection reasons, invoices relating to medical services are unfortunately excluded.
