Requirements

Before Airport ID Cards can be applied for, it is necessary to check which of the following requirements are met and which documents are required for this purpose.

  

  • Is there a licensing agreement with Fraport AG? Further information can be found here.
  • Is there a lease agreement with Fraport AG? The application for registration of a company must be accompanied by the first page of the lease agreement and the signature page.
  • Is there an order from Fraport AG or an authority? In this case, the application for registration of a company must be submitted to the requesting department or authority for signature once.  
  • Is it an airline operating at Frankfurt Airport?
  • Is it an authority with sovereign responsibilities?  
  • Is there any other permit to operate at Frankfurt  Airport?
Company registration

Here you may register your company with the ID Cards Service Center (SCF) in order to apply for Airport ID Cards. You need to meet one of the above  requirements.

There are two ways to register which are explained below.  

  1. Register your Company via our  Web portal
    Currently, application via the web portal is only possible for permanent personal ID Card.
  2. Register your Company via the  PDF Company Data Sheet
    This form is also used for changing/supplementing the subscribers for existing customers. The form must be filled out digitally and must then be signed as a PDF sent to  flughafenausweise@fraport.de
